THE ADHD ARTIST
This course is designed for those struggling with the challenges of ADHD, whether diagnosed or not. If you are someone who feels overwhelmed by inattention, impulsivity, procrastination or disorganization (to name a few), this course is for you. Living with ADHD can wreak havoc with your ability to harness your creativity effectively, thus frustrating your efforts to complete artistic projects.
Throughout this course, we’ll explore practical strategies for elimination distractions, managing hyperfocus, overcoming creative blocks, and accepting imperfection. You will experience how your ADHD challenges are part of what makes your creative voice so unique. Join us and the learn tools that will help turn your ADHD from a challenge to a superpower!
